You should proceed with a domestic qualification assessment if:

and

  • Have not completed the domestic qualification due to being unable to satisfy the prescribed conditions such as:
    • unit codes/names
    • commencement date
    • completion of individual units outside of degree/qualification.

To apply

You must submit your request via our application form.

Documents

You must submit copies of these documents with your application:

  • signed statutory declaration [PDF 153 KB | DOCX 37.2 KB] confirming all the documents are true copies
  • academic transcript(s)
  • qualification award(s)
  • any other supporting evidence to substantiate you have satisfied the prescribed conditions on the Determination for your domestic qualification.

Failure to provide all the required documents may significantly delay the assessment of your qualifications.

  • I understand Treasury may contact relevant parties and institutions, including where these parties and institutions are overseas, regarding the contents of my application. This may involve sharing my personal information with these parties for the purpose of identifying and verifying the information provided.
